Studies Reveal Moderate Beer Consumption Is Good For Health
A variety of
medical studies confirm what many have long believed—moderate
consumption of beer is good for one’s health.
Study results printed in such respected medical publications as
the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), The New
England Journal of Medicine and the British medical journal Lancet
continue to show those who consume moderate amounts of beer are
at less risk for such major ailments as heart attack, stroke, hypertension,
diabetes and dementia than those who drink large amounts of alcohol
or those who drink no alcohol at all.

Here’s Another Reason To Drink Beer
Modern Brewery Age reports that the oldest living German recently
turned 110 years of age. Hermann Doernemann has enjoyed beer
and cigars throughout his life. “He continued to walk
to the store to get his beer until he was 100,” his
daughter is quoted as saying. “Now it is brought to
him. As long as he gets his bottle of beer in the evening
he is quite content.”
